If you are seeking nutrition advice to support the management of your PCOS, endometriosis, fertility journey, pregnancy or other health condition, we can assist with 1 on 1 dietitian consultations.

Fees
Fee Structure for Basic 1:1 Consultations
Initial Consultation (60-75 minutes): $195.00
Extended Initial Consultation (75-90 minutes): $250.00
Review Consultation (30-35 minutes): $110.00
Extended Review Consultation (60 minutes): $195.00
Medicare Rebates: If you have a chronic condition, such as PCOS, you may be eligible for up to 5 allied health appointments per year under a care plan, however, Medicare does not cover the full cost of the consultation. You will be required to pay the upfront cost of your consultation following your session and Lettuce Talk Nutrition will process your rebate of ~$60 online. This will then be debited into the bank account associated with your Medicare account.
Additional Services and/or Add On Fees
Meal Plans: $195.00
If you require a comprehensive meal plan, this can be purchased in addition to the consultation fees outlined above. Your Dietitian will discuss this with you.
Note: In order to obtain a meal plan, you are required at a minimum to undertake an initial consultation and a review consultation to discuss the plan to aid implementation.
Computerised Nutritional Analysis: $90/analysis
You may wish to email us a 3 day food diary for nutritional analysis so we can identify key nutrient requirements you are meeting and ones which may require additional work. We recommend scheduling a follow up consultation to discuss the results of this analysis and assist in interpreting what it means.
